Shipping Policy for Sun Supply PV, LLC
At Sun Supply PV, LLC, we are committed to delivering orders to our customers in a timely and safe manner. Our shipping policy outlines how we manage our product deliveries to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
Shipping Options
We offer shipping for most of our solar products. Our shipping options include LTL freight, standard ground shipping, expedited shipping for smaller, non-freight items, Shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and the destination of the order. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days from the time of payment. Customers can expect delivery within 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping, and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping if available.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, we will provide the customer with a shipment tracking number via email. Customers can use this number to track their order’s progress and estimated delivery time.
Shipping Damage
If a shipment is damaged during transit, the customer must contact Sun Supply PV, LLC as soon as possible to report the damage and make arrangements for a replacement or refund. It is important for customers to inspect their products upon delivery and report any damage or defects within two (2) days of receipt. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in the denial of a refund or replacement.
IF SHIPPING SOLAR MODULES (PANELS): Upon receiving delivery from the freight carrier, customer must notate on paperwork “Pending inspection for internal damage” even if everything looks perfect. This will give us some recourse with the carrier for a freight claim if you unpack your pallet and find damage after delivery. Customer must inspect all products for damage within 48 hours.
International Shipping
At this time, Sun Supply PV, LLC only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.
