The Siemens GF222NRA is a 60A fusible general duty safety switch used as a fused disconnect on 2-pole, 3-wire 240V circuits. It accepts fuses inside the enclosure for overcurrent protection at the disconnect point, commonly used ahead of PV inverters, battery systems, or subpanels where fused protection is specified. The NEMA 3R rating allows outdoor mounting.
