Just because a module has a specified height of 30mm doesn’t mean that is what you have up on the roof on installation day. To facilitate installations, the EFO™ clamp by IronRidge features a universal design and an integrated bonding pin that keeps it flush with the module when secured.

Another advantage of the EFO™ clamp is its elongated T-bolt, which confers a sleek and unobtrusive look akin to that of the UFO® clamp. As a result, the EFO™ can seamlessly work with XR Rails® in various mounting scenarios, such as flush mount, tilt mount, and ground mount.

One of the past challenges for XR Rail® projects that used Stopper Sleeves has been eliminated thanks to IronRidge’s continuing efforts to simplify and optimize installations. The EFO™ clamp is one of the latest products that reflects this commitment.

How to Install with EFO™

Attach the EFO™ clamp to each end of the XR Rail® segment that will support the solar module.

Ensure that each clamp securely but gently grips the top of the module and aligns with the rail.

Tighten the EFO™ clamp to 80 in-lbs using a torque wrench or other suitable tool.
